Salaries for the positions outlined below will be based upon industry standards for the country and region applicable. Account will also be taken of age and experience. Priority will always be given to applicants with experience in the foundry/cast metal industry. Technical Support Operative (USA)

We require a self motivated individual to work within our existing team of technical support operatives. The successful applicant will need to be located on the west coast of America (or able to relocate) and be experienced in software support. Training will be given within our existing software suite but experience within the foundry/cast metal industry will be a distinct advantage. Duties will include first line technical support, report writing (using Crystal Reports), and occasional remote training.
