1 – Payments

• Payments will only be accepted against previously issued invoices.
• Each invoice issued will include a complete description of the service provided including price.

2 – Refund Policy

• Payment of invoices for services or expenses that have been undertaken and completed will deem acceptance and completion of the same and no refunds will be available.
• Software license subscriptions can be cancelled at any point. Unused portions of cancelled subscriptions are non-refundable.

3 –Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of software licenses do not incur any charge
• Cancellation of any event in which third part expenses have been quoted in advance and are being undertaken on behalf of the client (i.e. on-site training, travel, etc) are liable to be billed in the event of cancellation; only if such expenses cannot be reimbursed.
• Once confirmed by the client, cancellation of on-site or off-site training with less than 14 days notice maybe liable to billing if the allocated resources cannot be reallocated within the notice period.

4 – Delivery

• Delivery of software licensing is provided in the form of a registration key and is made available for download within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
• Deliveries of on-site services (typically training, report writing, or programming) are provided in advance of payment.
• Deliveries of off-site services (typcally remote training, report modification, or programming) are provided in advance of payment for existing customers and within 30 days of payment for new customers.

5 – Distributed payments

• Distributed payments are only accepted are for software license subscriptions.
• Subscription periods are monthly only.
• Clients may cancel their subscription at any point.
• Unused portions of the subscription period are non-refundable

6 - Export

• No known export restrictions apply.
